2017-18 Clark State Women's Basketball Preview

Coach Gaines enters his second year at Clark State as Head Women’s Basketball Coach. We have 11 new freshmen coming in this year. All 11 of them bring a different skill to the team. Our guards are Kayla Harding (Cedarville), Christina Hale (), Madison Evans (Columbus West), Toresha Fairfax (Maple Heights), Jamie Richardson (Miamisburg) and Gillyan Baccus (Wayne). Our forwards are Hayley Melton (Cedarville), Julie Rogan (Kenton Ridge), Courtney Ross (Youngstown East) & Sydney Steele (Park View, VA). All the ladies have been working hard throughout the offseason and the first month of practice. They have this energy that makes the atmosphere exciting. I am very enthusiastic about the upcoming season. We look forward to a great year, building off what the coaching staff started last year.
