Cancer Awareness Game
Clark State Cancer Awareness Game – Honoring Strength, Hope, and Courage
On a night filled with purpose and pink, Clark State came together for our annual Cancer Awareness Game — a powerful reminder that our community is stronger when we stand together.
Before the first whistle blew, the Eagles took a moment to honor two incredible women who have faced cancer with courage, faith, and determination. These ladies embody what it means to fight with heart — showing resilience through every challenge and inspiring everyone around them with their strength.
As they were recognized center court, surrounded by cheers and standing ovations, it wasn't just about the battles they've fought — it was about the hope they represent. Their journeys remind us why nights like this matter: to raise awareness, celebrate survivors, and remember those who continue to fight.
The team played with passion and purpose, dedicating every point and every play to those affected by cancer. The gym was filled with pink ribbons, love, and support — a symbol of unity across our campus and community.
At Clark State, we believe that every game can be more than a competition — it can be a celebration of life, courage, and the people who inspire us to keep going.
To the two amazing women we honored — thank you for showing us what strength truly looks like. You are the heart of this game.
